Brian is a qualified Carpenter/Joiner and experienced Site Manager/Project Manager with a successful career of over twenty five years in the construction industry. In that time, he has led site teams on projects for defence and Federal Government, education, industrial and commercial projects in NSW, WA, ACT and more recently in the Hunter Region. Brian has strong interpersonal skills and is a clear communicator. Whilst he has a collaborative approach to contractual relationships, Brian is always firmly in control of his projects and teams, paying particular attention to safety and quality management.

Brian will bring his own unique, professional leadership and management skills to deliver a successful project. With a strong belief in delivering the training and tools required for all RTC personnel, Brian ensures the construction division is constantly being up-skilled and held accountable for their own progression as an industry professional.

Brian’s day to day will involve managing and developing Site Managers, Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
He will conduct regular site visits and audits, subcontractor audits and project reviews with each site team to ensure all RTC sites are performing beyond client expectations. Brian’s attentiveness to WHS and quality control on RTC job sites is paramount.
