Andrew is the South Australian State Operations Interface Manager at RTC Group, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across contact centre operations and large-scale service delivery environments. Originally from the UK, Andrew has worked across multiple industries and regions, developing a global perspective on operational excellence and team leadership.

He first joined RTC in 2013 at the commencement of the South Australian Housing Trust contract, playing a key role in establishing the foundational elements of the service delivery model. In 2024, Andrew returned to lead the South Australian team into its next phase of growth—driving a renewed focus on performance, innovation, and strategic development.

His expertise includes building high-performing teams, launching start-up operations, and designing operational frameworks that balance compliance with agility and innovation.
