The contract provided for the following works:

• Asbestos roof and ceiling sheet replacement;
• Division wall upgrade;
• External painting; and
• Replacement of existing steel framed windows with PVC framed double glazed windows.

“Yeomans” – 96 walk up flats arranged in 14, three storey blocks;

“Bonython” – 48 walk up flats arranged in 7, three storey blocks; and

“Mellor” – 48 walk up flats and 6 town houses arranged in 7, two storey blocks.

This project demonstrated RTC’s capacity to successfully manage a project across multiple sites, and with the complexity of high-density tenancies in the current COVID-19 sensitive environment.
