Some of the branches that RTC has revitalised and completed within the last few years to NPBS’s design scheme include branch locations such as Kurri Kurri, Westfield Kotara, Hamilton, Warners Bay, Charlestown, Mt Hutton, Glendale, Wallsend and further afield.

Shopping centre fit-outs are not a straight forward construction process. RTC needs to carefully manage the clients requirements, specific centre BMS systems, different centre’s nominated services trades, different centre’s shop front design requirements and often develop the NPBS design to suit each centre as the build is progressing.

All the above mentioned external factors are what RTC represents as a builder in our business goal of “Setting the standard”. We thrive off the challenges such as managing several stakeholders at one time, managing design changes well into construction and coming up with solutions that work for all parties involved.
