This involved refurbishing 250m2 of the existing structure and extending it by another 250m2, resulting in a contemporary administration building for staff. Additionally, a 50m2 school canteen was constructed to enhance the school environment.

Throughout the project, RTC faced challenges such as operating within a live environment, ensuring the safety of school children, tight delivery windows, and detailed traffic management.

However, an experienced management team alleviated any safety or environmental issues by enforcing RTC’s WHSE&Q practices onto our subcontractors with no exceptions. This dedicated expertise and careful planning allowed RTC to accomplish a successful transformation for the school community.
